Usually, yes. On a dual-SIM device, you can select the 1Locol eSIM for mobile data and keep your usual SIM available for calls and messages. Turn off data roaming for your usual SIM if you want to avoid accidental roaming charges from your home carrier.
Many phones can store several eSIM profiles, but the number that can be active at once varies by device and model. Give each eSIM a clear label during installation so it is easy to select in your phone’s mobile-network settings.

Those are the connection generations the plan may use on its listed operators. Your phone connects to the best available one for your device, location, and local coverage—it does not use all of them at the same time. A 5G listing means 5G is supported where available, not that 5G coverage or speed is guaranteed everywhere.
Actual service depends on local signal coverage, the operator, your phone’s supported bands and settings, and network conditions. If 5G is unavailable, the device can fall back to another listed generation such as 4G or 3G.
Data access stops when you use the plan’s allowance or reach the end of its validity period, whichever applies first. The eSIM profile may remain installed, but continued service is not automatic; you may need to purchase another plan.
