Still unsure about a plan? Email hello@1locol.com.

What can I use a 1Locol eSIM for?

Use your plan for mobile data: maps, browsing, email, social apps, and internet-based calling or messaging through apps such as WhatsApp, iMessage, and Signal. 1Locol eSIM plans do not include traditional phone calls or customer-originated SMS.

Can I keep my usual SIM active while using an eSIM?

Usually, yes. On a dual-SIM device, you can select the 1Locol eSIM for mobile data and keep your usual SIM available for calls and messages. Turn off data roaming for your usual SIM if you want to avoid accidental roaming charges from your home carrier.

Can my phone store more than one eSIM?

Many phones can store several eSIM profiles, but the number that can be active at once varies by device and model. Give each eSIM a clear label during installation so it is easy to select in your phone’s mobile-network settings.

When does my plan’s validity period start?

The selected-plan summary shows the activation rule before checkout. Depending on the plan, validity begins either:

  • On first installation: the countdown begins when the eSIM is installed, so avoid installing it too early.
  • On first network connection: the countdown begins when the eSIM first connects to a supported network, usually at your destination.
What does “5G / 4G / 3G” mean on a plan?

Those are the connection generations the plan may use on its listed operators. Your phone connects to the best available one for your device, location, and local coverage—it does not use all of them at the same time. A 5G listing means 5G is supported where available, not that 5G coverage or speed is guaranteed everywhere.

Why might my phone use 4G when the plan supports 5G?

Actual service depends on local signal coverage, the operator, your phone’s supported bands and settings, and network conditions. If 5G is unavailable, the device can fall back to another listed generation such as 4G or 3G.

What happens when the data or validity runs out?

Data access stops when you use the plan’s allowance or reach the end of its validity period, whichever applies first. The eSIM profile may remain installed, but continued service is not automatic; you may need to purchase another plan.

What should I check before purchasing?
Confirm that your phone supports eSIM, is carrier-unlocked, and that the plan covers your destination. Exact capabilities can vary between regional versions of the same phone.

Where should we send your eSIM?

We’ll use this email for your receipt and private installation link. You don’t need an account.

The storefront price is (EUR). Stripe may offer and charge an eligible local-currency amount at checkout; you can review the final currency and total before paying.

Capped, data-only service. The plan ends when its included data is used or its validity expires, whichever happens first. If you do not activate it within that period, it expires and cannot be used. Non-use does not by itself entitle you to a refund.

By continuing to payment, you agree to our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy and acknowledge our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
